Episode 23 - Working by the Seas
In Season 2 "Stories by the Seas" week we talk with someone who makes his living by the sea. In this episode, "Working by the Seas", Anthony Sulchia, a photographer in Venice, shares with us just a little bit about the joys and some challenges in working by the sea in Venice. I met Anthony while in Venice and got a chance to enjoy a fantastic gondola ride through the city because of him, a tour of Venice (some parts) and to the Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square) in the early morning; 6:30am sunrise while listening to the morning tolling bells. The square was empty, waiting to be filled with residence and tourists - mostly tourists. Anthony and I record our conversation while sitting outside of his go-to café. What a way to appreciate this city on water! You can see Anthony's, stellar photos (and even book him) at https://www.illyrianphotography.com
